ABOUT

A FEW WORDS FROM DEY, OUR FOUNDER

"DEYED was born from my dream of combining my passions – Morocco, fashion, and design – to create unique pieces that celebrate personality and originality. Inspired by Moroccan craftsmanship, its colors, and textures, every detail tells a story.

My ambition: to blend heritage and modernity, tradition and boldness. More than just accessories, each piece is designed to express one’s style and identity.

With our first Georges bags, the foundations of this adventure are set... And many more surprises will soon join the DEYED family!"

FASHION AS LEGACY

Dey's passion for fashion was passed down to her from an early age by her mother and grandmother, two women with a strong taste for beauty and refinement.

Thanks to this heritage, Dey learned to see beauty in everything and to appreciate every detail, shaping her vision of fashion and defining her unique style.

THE MOROCCAN DREAM

Morocco is an endless source of inspiration for Dey. This love for the country comes in particular from her father who spends a lot of time there.

This family enthusiasm fueled the dream of sharing an adventure that reflects the beauty and cultural richness of Morocco.

THE ORIGIN OF THE PROJECT

During a trip to Morocco, Dey discovered a small bag with a cute and fun look.

Back in Paris, her entourage, captivated by this little raffia treasure, truly brought it to life by naming it "Georges." The bag thus became a true companion.

Inspired by this enthusiasm, Dey refined every detail to craft the perfect model. This is how the DEYED family was born, with its very first little Georges.

THE NAME “DEYED”

The name "DEYED" is inspired by the designer's nickname, Dey, which comes from her first name, Deborah.

This nickname was given to her by her sister and cousins during her childhood.

DEYED is built on these memories to embody the spirit of family, the invitation to travel, and a sense of wonder.

PRODUCTION VALUES

DEYED is fully committed to promoting Moroccan craftsmanship. Each piece requires days of work, which guarantees their quality and uniqueness.

Dey attaches importance to local know-how; natural raw materials are selected in Morocco and worked by the golden hands of Moroccan women, as qualified as they are passionate.

THE FUTURE DEYED, TOGETHER!

The journey begins with the little Georges bags, but Dey's vision goes far beyond.

Driven by her passion for fashion and decor, she aspires to make DEYED a must-visit destination for style and character, where each piece is designed as a true means of self-expression.

Together, let's make this beautiful adventure possible!
